Your brain and your body are listening to what you tell it.
Your subconscious mind records and remembers everything your conscious mind tells it. It learns through habituation and is a lot more powerful than your conscious mind. This means you can learn to retrain your brain into accepting positive statements and beliefs about yourself – even when you don’t believe them on a conscious level.
