Overnight Oats

Prepare these no-cook oats the night before, then enjoy a delicious instant breakfast the next morning. Oats are rich in beta-glucan, a fibre that lowers cholesterol.

Recipe Ingredients:

1.75 oz (50 g) porridge oats
5 fl oz (150 ml) coconut milk
1 tbsp honey
Fresh cherries
Toasted walnuts

Recipe Methods:

1  Combine the oats and coconut milk. Transfer the mixture into a sealed jar and leave to soak in the fridge overnight.
2  In the morning, top up with a little more milk, if necessary. Drizzle over the honey, add the cherries and top with the walnuts. Serve at once.
