Recipe Ingredients:
1.75 oz (50 g) porridge oats |
5 fl oz (150 ml) coconut milk |
1 tbsp honey |
Fresh cherries |
Toasted walnuts |
Recipe Methods:
1 Combine the oats and coconut milk. Transfer the mixture into a sealed jar and leave to soak in the fridge overnight. |
2 In the morning, top up with a little more milk, if necessary. Drizzle over the honey, add the cherries and top with the walnuts. Serve at once. |
