Jason is a former Royal Marine Commando and special forces operator who achieved the rank of sergeant. He was medically discharged after 20 years service suffering with PTSD and depression.
After a journey of self discovery Jason now finds himself working within the media space having featured in multiple series of SAS Who Dares Wins, SAS Australia, Inside The Real Narcos and Foxys War: Return to Afghanistan.
He has also written two books, Battle Scars and Life Under Fire, both making The Sunday Times top ten. Jason also delivers talks as a keynote speaker on leadership, human performance & mental health.
