Dr Emily MacDonagh is a mother of two, an NHS doctor and a columnist for OK magazine.
The 31 year old recently joined Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to discuss all things medical, physical and mental health, fitness and parenting and enjoys regular interactions with her followers online.
With a keen interest in women and children’s health, she has also worked alongside Public Health England in a variety of health campaigns.
Emily is also a proud ambassador for Caudwell Children and Health Improvement Project Zanzibar.
