Box breathing

Box breathing has been proven to help cope with emotions such as panic, worry or stress and has shown to aid relaxation and help to drift off to sleep.

It is also used by Navy SEALs to reduce stress, increase focus and improve performance. The principle of box breathing is to breathe in, hold, breath out and hold all for an equal length of time.

Whilst breathing, it might help to visualise drawing the outline of a square as you go through this exercise.
