Meet The Mentor: James

James Gitsham has worked in the field of presentation training and anxiety management for the past decade. 

During that time his research into neurophysiological affect regulation has been presented at international conferences. He currently works extensively with the MOD and in the City of London as a presentation and communications consultant. His system of simple physical exercises to manage anxiety has been put into practice by both elite military units and professional actors.
